Roaring Fire

The double sided fireplace has an air vent underneath the wood which draws in air from outside and fans the wood from beneath. This creates an easier to light fire which always burns in a beautiful, orange way. You may think that somewhere like the Algarve is not somewhere for a log fire. However, cosy getaways and short winter holidays in Portugal are certainly something that you should contemplate. Only two and half hours from most UK airports to Faro airport and you can enjoy the great winter sunshine which, happily, is not enough to warm the nights so you have the perfect excuse to light this truly terrific wood burning fire.
